Your faithful observer of all things Sino-environmental-law-like is forsaking the Middle Kingdom this week for the comforts of Belgium and Romania. Romania? Yes Romania: Dracula, gypsies, and, I hope, electricity, if you want any blog posts over the next week. Pace dear Romanian readers. I know Romania is a modern, developed nation now part of the EU, but who can resist harkening back to its colorful past? For all I know, Romania has nation-wide wifi coverage, but I suspect that given my schedule, postings will be on the “lite” side. If nothing else, I’ll try to provide the occasional travelogue and picture.  We’ll pick up where we left off, when I return. Ciao!
