The climate changes, the rhetoric does not

Sorry folks computer problems this morning have put me behind schedule on everything.  Only time for a short post.

It appears that Premier Wen Jiabao did not take the opportunity during his address this morning at the UN cosponsored climate change conference in Beijing to propose any bold new Chinese initiatives.  The initial news reports have Premier Wen urging “developed nations to take responsibility and obligations in addressing climate change, including changing their unsustainable way of life” and to “help developing countries to cope with the global climate change.”  Wake me up when this is over.

    Charlie.

Let’s put this in perspective… US oil firms have apparently said that because the US government has apparently failed to invest their fair share.

The only positive movements I have seen are coming from Wal-Mart.
