Happy Thanksgiving to all my American readers.  This is a work day in China (and the rest of the world), so we are here at the office.  We’re going to take it easy, however, so no long post today.  Watch for some exciting stories in the coming days, including:

1. An article on the Strategic Economic Dialogue’s Ten Year Energy and Environment Cooperation Framework, which continues to be run, strangely, out of the Treasury Department (hey, they’ve done such a bang up job with the economy why not try their hand at energy and the environment, right?);
2. The Advisory Committee that’s being assembled to help Treasury figure out what it should do with the Ten Year Energy and Environment Cooperation Framework (we’re naming names and connecting the dots); and
3. The Ministry of Environmental Protection’s recently promulgated “organizational rules” - a guide book to who handles what at MEP.
