I am heading to Beijing today to attend the US-China Clean Energy Forum. The forum features a presentation by Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the US House of Representatives, Senator John Kerry, Chairman, Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and National Development and Reform Commission Vice Chairman Zhang Guobao. I’ll provide a wrap-up when I get back.

That is great that they are presenting that Forum but isn’t it a little counterproductive to be flying with an entoruage across the Pacific to talk about saving the environment?

Oh Rebecca, WE are supposed to reduce our lifestyles to save the planet. THEY can “lead” us from 50k feet in private jets for from any number of exclusive, secluded, absolutely enormous private residences that they own.
And THEY include Bono and Al Gore and everyone else who lectures us about OUR waste.
