China: WEEE finally did it

China’s State Council announced on Wednesday that Premier Wen Jiabao had signed China’s final waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) regulation (Chinese only) .  As we previously reported, a draft of this regulation had been issued in August of last year.
